Rates and Insurance

Precision Physical Therapy is not currently a participating provider with any insurance plans. Very simply, we would not be able to provide the individualized, high level of care and treatment that we do at the rates insurance companies currently pay for Physical Therapy.
Physical Therapists in traditional clinics that accept these insurance rates are required to see 3 to 4 patients per hour and usually spend an average of 15 minutes of one-on-one time with each patient while assistants, aides and technicians instruct patients in exercises. At Precision Physical Therapy the entire treatment is spent with your therapist so that you will heal faster in fewer visits.

In many instances, YES. Most insurance companies have claims forms that can be printed from their website. Once you print your claim form submit it along with your invoice/receipt with the treatment codes we provide you with treatment. The amount you are reimbursed depends on your “Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy” benefits.

An average patient is given an prescription to see a Physical Therapist 2-3 times per week for 6 weeks. During those visits, you work with an actual Physical Therapist for 15 minutes each session—a total of 30-45 minutes. If your co-pay is $30 per visit, you’re paying $60-$90 for 30-45 minutes of time with a therapist per week and between $360–$540 for your course of treatment.
With Precision Physical Therapy we would like you to be pain free in less time. If we can help you in fewer visits, why make 12-18 visits to a physical therapist. It can be difficult to take an hour out of the day three days a week to go to treatments—not to mention, gas, traffic, and child care. And if you have a high deductible or your co-pay is higher the benefits of Precision PT are even better!
